The Service Tech Charles was very helpful in getting my car fixed promptly and correctly. There was an oil leak from a previous service. PB Toyota found the problem fast and fixed it allowing me to continue along with my road trip.
Leaving this shout out to Lawson Feagle in the service department! We didn’t realize the service center closed at 6, got there a little after 6. The manager reached him, he was in his car about to head home. He was gracious enough to come back in and take care of us! We’ve had 3 service check ups since purchasing our RAV4 last July. Lawson is always friendly, professional and a genuine great representative of the company!

I have brought my 2015 Toyota Camry in multiple times for the SAME issue, and instead of fixing the problem, I keep leaving with expensive bills and no real resolution. Every visit results in a different diagnosis and more money out of my pocket, yet the original problem continues. This pattern is not only frustrating—it raises serious concerns about the honesty and competence of the service being provided. Just bought a 2025 Rav4. It was an experience. Ryan Stillings did an amazing job.
9 phone calls over three weeks. Voice mails not returned. Get cut off after 2 minutes. Get transferred to voice mails without any idea whose voice mail it belongs too.
Two times I have asked for a repair only to find out it didn’t fix the problem. Or they forgot to do all requested work. Last Friday (after 6 phone calls to talk to someone) I wantsed my entertainment screen reset or fixed. They sent video saying it was fixed. Nice clean showroom. Visited for services several times in recent couple of years. Purchased new vehicles here years ago before it changed ownership/admin, have not purchased new here hence.
I gave one star to Peter Boulware Toyota only because I couldn't give zero stars. The sales people lied to me multiple times, and on the day I was to pick up my new car they raised the price by $3,000 in a Bait and Switch maneuver. That killed the deal and I will never contact them again. Contact other dealers. I am going with Marianna Toyota.

I drove almost two hours to this dealership because they had the truck I was interesting in buying. Everyone was extremely nice from the lady that confirmed they had the truck in stock to the gentleman in finance. This was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve had with a vehicle purchase…loved the atmosphere of business…super friendly and cordial. I believe I got a fair price and the salesperson (Herb) was a nice guy. I thought I would buy an extended warranty but Andrew didn’t do a good job explaining the cost. When I declined he became incredulous and made my wife and I uncomfortable. I may consider a different dealership next time because of him.
